Following the successful event Saint Petersburg 2008 and 2010, the next big international conference and exhibition on geoscience in Russia will be Saint Petersburg 2012. The meeting is jointly organised by European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) and EurAsian Geophysical Society (EAGO). The broad support of these leading geoscientific societies guarantees a high quality level for both the exhibition and the conference. An international crowd of about 1,000 geologists, geophysicists and engineers are expected to attend in addition to leading government officials from Russia.
