The international conference on Soft Computing and Software Engineering (SCSE'13) provides an excellent venue for researchers and practitioners in the fields of Computer Science and Computer Engineering to present and publish their research results and techniques. The SCSE'13 conference seeks original and high quality papers in the fields of Soft Computing, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Software and the related disciplines.
