The Conference on Traffic and Granular Flow '13 (TGF'13) brings together international researchers from different fields ranging from physics to computer science and engineering to discuss the latest developments in traffic-related systems.

For its tenth edition, TGF celebratory conference will return to the location of the very first conference held in 1995 at Forschungszentrum Jülich in Germany.

Forschungszentrum Jülich works towards comprehensive solutions for the grand challenges facing society in the future in the three fields of health, energy and environment, and information technology, thus laying the foundation for future key technologies. Prof. Dr. Achim Bachem, one of the organizers of the first TGF, is now chairman of the Board of Directors of Forschungszentrum Jülich.

This biennial conference has previously been held in Jülich, Duisburg, Stuttgart, Nagoya, Delft, Berlin, Paris, Shanghai, and Moscow.
