The Annabelle & the Almyra are centrally situated in the town of Pafos directly on the coast of Cyprus and close to all amenities. These hotels not only offer central location but they are aesthetically pleasing with extensive grounds and well-appointed rooms. The conference itself will be held right within the hotels' facilities. All accommodation for the duration of the conference is included within the registration fee. Generally all rooms within these facilities are non-smoking, Twenty-four hour room service is also available.There will be a separate Check IN counter for all members of the conference.

DINING SERVICES

The conference registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunches of traditional Meze and buffets also morning and afternoon breaks for the duration of the conference. Please indicate any special dietary restrictions on the conference registration form. For other meals, everything from fast food to premium steak, seafood and traditional Cyprian food all are available within walking distance from the hotel. There will be no problem obtaining Kosher meat in the hotel restaurants but prior notice will be required (on the registration form).

SOCIAL EVENTS

There will be an Ice Breakers Reception on the Tuesday evening, for all participants. Then on the Wednesday evening there will be our Gala Dinner event.

INTERNET FACILITIES

Wireless or WiFi will be available throughout the hotels’ rooms, reception areas and conference facilities.
